Hey everyone, thanks so much for stopping by! My name is Ashlie Weisel, ( love it when people call me "ash") I am a total art enthusiast and have a passion to share my love for art with everyone! My husband and I started a new chapter of life in Boulder, Colorado in August of 2013 after living in Germany since 2010. Having the opportunity to live in Europe was the adventure of a lifetime that will always hold a special place in my heart. The Sunny Side Up Studio was established in 2010, after being inspired by the sunny terrace that was attached to my personal studio on the second floor of our home.
My love for art started at a very young age when my mom put me in a program offered by my elementary school. I sculpted for many years, and my dream job was to be a sculptor for Pixar Animation studios. Now my dream job is to open my own children's art studio so that I can be the encouragement for art to grow in their lives!
